Can you calibrate my equipment On-Site?
Yes! Currently we are offering on-site calibration for the Dallas Fort-Worth area. If you don’t want the hassle of packaging your equipment, learn about our Shipping Kits
When do I need to calibrate my equipment again?
Calibration intervals will vary based on equipment type, storage, and usage conditions. You can add the equipment to your account portal and we’ll notify you when your equipment is coming due so you’ll never miss another calibration.
How do calibration notifications work?
Our fully managed calibration system generates calibration intervals based on the usage frequency, probability of an overload scenario, and storage that you specify
How long will my calibration take?
Depending on the amount of equipment we strive for a 3-5 business day turnaround time after the equipment is received and processed. If your work is time sensitive, we offer expedited processing and shipping at your request
I have a lot of equipment. Is that ok?
No calibration job is too small or large. We offer discount pricing for bulk units
What is a Shipping Kit?
If you'd like to avoid the hassle of packaging and shipping your equipment, we can send you packaging and a prepaid label so that all you have to do is drop your equipment in the box. We’ll even schedule a carrier pickup on your behalf.
Note: Shipping Kits extend total turnaround time by the time it takes for you to receive the kit. If your order is time-sensitive we recommend shipping your equipment as quickly as possible
